Can Canadian citizens be reimbursed for robustness exactness surrounded by the U.S.?

I have a friend who have a family partaker who is a Canadian citizen that is within the U.S. and recently needed condition care surrounded by the U.S. She is covered by the national insurance program of Canada. Is it possible for her to get reimbursed for vigour care within the U.S.? Does this also apply for mental health?Can Canadian citizens be reimbursed for robustness exactness surrounded by the U.S.?
I'm not 100% sure...but I wouldn't see why they wouldn't reimburse her for it. I work contained by a pharmacy and there are plentifully of times that people come surrounded by and they are from out of state and we don't accept their insurance. They pay envelope cash for it and later submit that claim to their insurance company and they do get reimbursed for it. Sorry I couldn't be of more back...
Not sure, but I do know Canadian students in the U.S. that enjoy had to jump back to Canda for nurture in command to get it salaried for.
