My knee is swolen for some object, I just get done moving into a house and I think I must hold sprained it or something in the move. There is no headache it's just stiff to move.Can you hold a sprained knees in need any affliction?
yep u can. i get d same prob. consult to ur physio/ chiropractor. they'll tell u wats wrong. it cud b bcos u raise heavy stuff, etc. my shield is i walk too much
You could enjoy sprained a ligament...have a doctor check it out. For very soon, ice it, lift ibuprofen, and take it natural.
