i some times get a loud crack nouns from my chect when i strech my arms out ,does any know what this may be? it sound approaching its coming from the middle of my chest!Crack nouns from my chest when i strech?????
Don't worry, its the nouns of air escaping from the joint between your ribs and sternum. Its just approaching when you pop your knuckles
its just nouns and your bones will click if they havent been used for a while so by you stretching your putting them to use. dont verbs about it
