Cant acquire to sleep?

I go to bed by roughly speaking 11-12 usually,but i always failure up awake until about 2-3 am.i even go till 4am 2dae.been lidat for around 3 months.Any1 knos wads my problem or see i shld do?Cant acquire to sleep?
Aside from seeing a dr, avoid caffeine no chocolate, soda, coffee and some tea for 3 hrs before bed. Try caffeine free tea. Chamomile or a nighttime concoction. Set a tranquil routine that does not require a lot of pursuit such as reading. Music would be good but nought with words as your mind can sometimes start concetrating on the words and carry your mind going. Instead an instrumental or nature soundtrack would be better or a aficionado to create some white noise. Make sure it is cloudy or at least terribly dim. It could be related to something stressful in your vivacity. Try to figure out if anything happen or if your routine changed at anypoint around three months ago. If you can figure out why this started you may know how to fix it.
Maybe try listening to some music while lay in bed.. that what i do and i budge right to sleep. any kind of music should do... pick some of your favorite songs. or purely listen to the radio... Good Luck!!
You're definately suffering from insomnia. Try setting a really relaxing mood for yourself about an hour up to that time you want to go to sleep [ie. NO TV!, listen to soft music, read a book, concentrate on your breathing, lights dim] see if that help you get to sleep any easier and stay asleep longer, if that doesnt work next you'll most likely necessitate to see a doctor.
