ITS UNLIKELY, PEOPLE WILL ALWAYS SMOKE AND GOVERNMENTS KNOW THIS .PRICE INCREASES ARE GREAT REVENUE FOR BUSINESS ANDTHE STATE. IF PEOPLE WILL PAY CRAZY PRICES FOR ILLEGAL DRUGS , A FEW MORE CENTS FOR CIGARETTES WONT STOP THEM SMOKING
no. i suppose cigarettes taxes wil no cut down the demand of cigarettes. Those who smoked won't quit even if the price will double. The other operation that people try to find cheaper cigarettes buying them online for example. A friend of mine be at www.cigarettes-smoke.net and have a good experience beside them - nice honest people. I don't smoke myself by the opening.
