Can you still catch workman's comp if you draw from hurt at lunch while away from work but still on the clock?
at my job we attain paid for lunch. but they prefer you to not evacuate the designated areas. or go to a restaurant driving distance.
It must be livelihood related.
Only if you hurt yourself doing something work related...
Your statement is conflicted. How can you be "away from work" but "still on the clock"? This statement inherently means you be illigitament in clocking those hours.
If you be away from the workplace but still working, then fine. If you be simply having lunch next to the boss, it gets into a grey zone.
No, you hold to be injured while working to get workman's comp.
