Can you break a finger by simply bending it the wrong road?

Today, I got really cracked and threw my jacket on the floor to vent my anger. I held it with both hand, raised contained by over my head and flung it onto the floor as sturdy as I could. The tip of my middle finger caught on my knee, and very soon my knuckles on that finger hurt when I bend the finger. Is it possible that I could have cause a small fracture? Or is it something that will go away on its own?Can you break a finger by simply bending it the wrong road?
You may own hyper extended your finger but I doubt you broke it. Try using ice pack for 30 min 4 times a day. Try to rest it.
It is possible but sounds resembling you just hyperextended it or bruised it. If you have a broken finger, the pain would probably be much worse. It should dance away on it's own in a few days
you hold just bruised it it will be sore for a couple of days afterwards it will be fine
kind of sounds close to a bruiser -- usually they take X-rays and recommend a splint --- until it heal --- my nephew did that to his wrist -- it just get bent back to far -- so my sister took him contained by for X rays and stuff today -- they said it was hyper extended and stuff -- so they give him a wrist splint -- told him to take some children's motrin or tylenol and said come subsidise in a week for a check -up -- so if it keep hurting for more then a light of day or two have it checked out so you don't enjoy to worry ...
May b. merely ice it because usaully when my finger- knuckles- hurt it have always be a stretched muscle.
