I chipped my joint contained by my right ring finger last year and did not obtain it put into a brace to fix it self. Now my finger is disfigured with that bit of mutual protruding out giving it a humped/curved look. Is this bad? It does not hurt but it refuse to bend as mcuh as my other fingers. What can be done without consulting a doctor?Chipped bone!?
Not much. How do you know it be chipped if you didn't go to the doctor? Chances are they wouldn't do anything at this point anyway. I enjoy a weird look finger that be injured but not fractured and all they did be try physical therapy, etc and it didn't do any honest. I just live next to it.
There's not much you can do except to see a doctor. Sorry.
