Contact problems?

ok so i tried putting them on it took me 45 mins and then when i get the first one in it burned badley i rubed my eyes and it fell out omg it hurt so impossible what should i do to make it easier and conceivably not burnContact problems?
Be sure when you are putting them in to hang on to enough solution on them, if they are dry they will really burn, and if it is taking you too much time to receive them in, rinse the entire lense so your finger oil don't cause your eye to burn. I know my sisters eyes used to burn when she put hers surrounded by, eventually she got used to it. It may be the solution you are using too, possibly try a different one. Also don't rub your eye, especially right away because it hasn't settled so as you noticed it fell out. If the burning doesn't subside pretty immediate you should take it out rinse it and try again. Good luck. It sucks, but it will achieve easier!
Be sure to rinse the contact and make extremely sure to wash your hand before trying. You perchance sesitive to the type of solution you are using try one for sensitive eyes. If it perists or gets worse contact eye Dr. Wish you the best of luck.
any occasion you were chopping chilies past you put your lenses in? The oil will stay on your hands & verbs to your contacts which is quite stinging. If not that, then it could be something else resembling that. Wash your hands VERY very well & clean your lenses up to that time attempting again. Also, examine your lenses, there may be a small opening at the edge which could also irritate your eye.
