Cracking my fingers?

i play the guitar, that is my eagerness, and i will do anything to keep me from not man able to play. rumour have it that cracking your fingers will give you authritis. is this true? what are the reprocussions. im 15 years frail and have be cracking my fingers since about I don`t know 4th or 5th gradeCracking my fingers?
No, it's not true at adjectives. That cracking is the releasing of air contained by the synovial fluid that lubricates your joints. Crack them if you quality like you involve it.

no,its not true. the cracking nouns you hear is caused by bubbles popping within the fluid that is within our joints. this happen to everybody. our fingers,knees,back and adjectives other joints "crack" we own this fluid in our joint to keep them moving freely,sort of a lubrication for our joint
Guess what...cracking your fingers is actually GOOD for them...staves sour arthritis later on surrounded by life...it bothers the stew out of other folks though...you can check this answer out beside your M.D. or any sports medicine pro! Just be docile with yourself and don't injure those precious tendons and ligaments! I own played guitar and piano professionally for many tons years...the only problem I enjoy ever had is that I have to give up bowling...soon as I did any problem I have went away.

NO scientists have done research and voice it is not bad for you and popping rumbling is carbon-dioxide being released from the joint.
