My friend is a Canadian certified LPN and wants to know what he have to do to get certified/licensed as an LPN surrounded by the US. He is a Canadian citizen, also has a SSN (if that money anything). Have your friend contact a nursing office somewhere within the U.S. and ask them his questions. Maybe he can find out on vein. Maybe a nursing board. Maybe you could do it for him.
I'm an LPN but I don't know the answers he needs. Look up surrounded by the phone book under the state that you live surrounded by under the state departments. I'm assuming that you live here. Or give the name the main number for the State and they will put in the picture you the number and/or connect you.
