Cracking your rear legs...is it safe and sound?

Sometimes when i'm sitting down, i'll rotate my torso almost a full 180 degrees both ways to crack my stern, or if i have the space i'll lay down, hold my shoulders touching the floor, and rotate my hips as far as they will go. I've hear mixed opinions on whether or not this is in truth good for your posterior. anyone know for sure?Cracking your rear legs...is it safe and sound?
Yes it is. All you are doing is letting air out of the joint in the put a bet on nothing wrong it.
Fingers and other joint over time can cause some bring down.
I've wondered that myself.
I dont know but I still pop my back
