Can someone relieve me beside this doctors staff problem? Have have problems contained by times gone by over my husband's scripts &

He had an appt. today and we get the reminder call yesterday. Today he be told he had no appt. My hubby is a stroke object and I take thinking of his affairs.Approx. 8 months ago I was hand a note (supposedly from the doc) motto I had ben rude to his staff which be his family! There is a 24 hr. call upon ahead for scripts-and I know this.Several times i called ahead and when trying to pick them up be told I had not call. All I responded with be "have you changed the policy to where on earth it takes 48 hrs. to return with a prescription?"I knew d----well I have called. Now today this! Don't want to ring up back today as I am too nutty -changing drs. is possible but a lot of hassle--and we close to the PA my hubby sees. The receptionist who made the appt. is someone I use to work near years ago at a cleaning company and we worked different shifts and had no strong feelings but I wonder if she is doing this for some basis regarding me knowing her when she scrub toliets, she was trouble-maker at end job.Can someone relieve me beside this doctors staff problem? For the doctor to own such a rude, inconsiderate and incompetent staff is unconscionable... PLEASE change doctors ASAP!! You are risking your husband's condition staying with these clowns!
