I stepped on a nail this morning and it go deep inside my foot, i pulled it out surrounded by time, (ow!), but i still hurts a lot. Is nearby any tips to make it surface better?Can someone minister to me beside my weighty heel injury?
soak it in Epsom saline and warm marine. Keep an eye on it and go to the ER if you see red streaks running from it. That would be a sign of blood poisoning. If the streaks run up your leg and trademark it to your heart it could be fatal. Have you have a tetanus shot lately? The Dr. will probably want to give you one a short time ago to be on the safe side.

Yep, move about to a Dr. or ER or clinic right away. You could easily obtain an infection, or worse tetanus (lock jaw). This is not something to treat with OTC stuff and it won't basically go away.
