ok once in a while i attain a bad misery on the left side of my chest when i breath overpoweringly,i have aBSOLUTLY NO IDEA what cause this because its happining right now and i be just sitting surrounded by my chair playing xbox afterwards i got up and took a breath and dull pain started.but this is the longest its ever lasted,more or less 15 min now,usually it go away in close to 4-5 min.

Chest spasm is nothing to fool next to though, that's for sure...it really could be anything...
Ask your doc to check you out and have him or her do an EKG...
Go to your doctor as soon as possible ,
