i had arthroscopic lateral release done to both my knees, i'm wondering if it's still possible to find back to playing soccer again? gratefulness. Can i take subsidise to sports after have arthroscopic lateral release?
Absolutely!...you will have to put seriously of effort into your rehab and at times contained by the first 2-4 wks it will seem resembling you wont even be able to wander normal ever again, but keep hold of an up-beat attitude and it will all work out surrounded by the end. Every one of my patients that required to get put a bet on into sports did so. Make sure you listen to your surgeon and therapist to do what you are supposed to and only as important to not do what you are not supposed to during rehab. Best of luck.
Yes you can! Especially if your doctor did a dutiful job. I run cross country and track for 7 years before have mine done. After 12 weeks of rehabilitation I was running again. I did enjoy a lot of discomfort but I then learned from another doctor that the imaginative doctor screwed up the surgery. That doctor assurred me that I should have be 100% after the original surgery. One counsel I have is to really work on your quad strength. That's really going to aid you knee sou`wester track correctly. Good Luck!
