Can i sue my employer for a rational aneurysm?
Typically, cerebral aneurysms are not cause by on-the-job accidents. Most possible, it is a genetic defect or cause by a past trauma. While sometimes they a moment ago happen, it usually take either toxin inhalation or some sort of physical trauma to aggrivate an aneurysm contained by these circumstances. Because of this, the only approach you could even consider bringing a lawsuit against your employer is if you could medically prove, conclusively, that whatever cause the aneurysm was 100% work related. If it be because of past medical history, and only just happened at work, you're **** out of luck.
not credible.
You would have a exceedingly hard time proving it be your employer's fault.
Very doubtful
