Can i chomp through pop corn and nuts if im trying to loose 15 kg?
YES- love it
plain popcorn - I do use Sprays on it, like Wishbone Salad dressings to donate it a kick, or sprinkle Molly Mc Butter on it, I love the "i can't believe its not butter" spray or my favorite is Splendra beside Cinnamon sprinkled over it. SO Yummy.
I love popcorn... we eat it day by day. Great fiber!
Cheap & Healthy- get brown broadsheet bags (no metal) cover the bottom of the daypack with a lode of popcorn kernals, roll over the top of the bag, Scotch video it closed and pop in microwave on high-ranking for 1-2 minutes, watch it. That process you can gauge exactly what is ON your corn. Other brands adjectives add brackish and that retains water mass.
I also eat lots of plain almonds, walnuts and unsalted peanuts ( in recent times boil them in the shell) Excellant source of accurate "fat" I and protein. I keep a closed container by my bed and put away a handful at bedtime, to keep my stomach busy, so I can sleep.
I hold taken to making my own flavored nuts as well, and roasted peanuts at home is fun for the kids and yummy too.
OKAY- I'm a cattle farm girl and prefer CHEAP and homemade. Its actually weakness better too.
Yes plain popcorn is very flawless when losing weight and nuts are correct too but high surrounded by calories. Heart healthy though.
yes it is a biddable decision to prefer pop corn.. it have less stuffing value n is angelic forhealth but nuts is not preferable to loose the weight as it is a outstandingly calorific and it contains some amounts of heavy also.. so it is not preferable to take nuts when you want to moderate your weight!
Unsalted and unbuttered popcorn, yes. Nuts such as almonds, yes.
