Can I take within trouble?

For the last year I hold been taking 100mg of Tramadol and 1000mg of Acetaminophen because it help with my headache. I recently own been have problems with my kidneys. I enjoy to see a specialist but they dont know I have be combining these two things. If I tell them will they feel I need some quality of help and stick me within a psyc ward? I just want my kidneys to bring better but i'm scared they might over counter when I tell them. Should I still transmit them? Is take these to pills everyday for former times year dangerous?Can I take within trouble?
Please, don't ask yourself if this is unsafe...just let somebody know yourself that your doctor cannot help you in need you being really honest. Remember, drinking dampen every day..8 goggles full, or 4-6 bottles of a fitness drink water, approaching Propel (easily bought for about 50 cents a big bottle) will really serve you with your kidney problem. Definitely tell them! And detail them why - that doesn't make you crazy...foolish for doing this w/out doc's fluency, but not crazy. Your doc will not only know how to help w/the kidneys if you recount him, but can recommend other methods of pain mgmt surrounded by the meantime. Good luck.
TELL THEM!! You should never combine medications minus speaking to a Dr or Pharmacist first. There can be DEADLY interactions. They need to know what you've be doing so they can properly treat you, instead of adding to the problem. You don't want to product this worse do you?
