If your bone be broken, I'd think you know. It hurts greatly. Maybe you sprained it? Get an x-ray at your doctor's though.

Yes. This is common contained by wrists. Hairline fractures can be less sore and with full movement available. Could be you are "tough" and don't distinguish pain exceedingly much. :)
