i got surrounded by a fight and the other guy hit me surrounded by the face and busted clear my top lip and now whenever i yak or even drink something, it stings like crazy
anyone know how to get it better other than painkillers or any drug?Busted lip?

Well you should probably stop drinking for rather while at least until it have healed but if its taking plentifully of time to heal you might want to consider getting stitches. Otherwise, hang around it out and get an rime pack.
