Bumps on the inside of upper nouns..?

I woke up today and my neck hurt, so i figure i slept on it wrong or something but when i feel my d¨|colletage i have close to 4 bumps on the inside of my neck and when i push on one of them it hurts. But they don't appear like knot, i've been massage them all morning and they won't go away..
Anyone know what this may be?Bumps on the inside of upper nouns..?
Could they be swollen glands? If they are still nearby tomorrow you should see a Dr. It may be that you have some sort of an infection and it is showing up in that nouns. If the seem to be getting larger or you instigate having difficulty breathing contact a Dr. soon!
sounds resembling lymph nodes, are they kind of beneath your ear? Maybe you are coming down with something.
You could enjoy an infection. Sometimes that makes your lymph nodes or glands swell. If you are response fine go roughly speaking your normal goings-on, but if the swelling is painful or if you go and get sick you should see a doctor.
